Campground Rules & Policies
Welcome to Country Oaks. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please review our campground policies below. These rules help maintain the peaceful environment our RV community loves.

Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m.

Guests arriving before 2:00 p.m. may proceed directly to their assigned site if it is available. If the office is closed, you may complete check-in process when office reopens at 2:00 p.m.

Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Please contact the office for late arrival instructions or extended stay requests.

RV & Site Guidelines

Only one recreational vehicle and one automobile per site.

Do not change sites without prior approval.

All RV's using sewer hook-up are to replace sewer cap when leaving. SEWER RINGS are required to eliminate odor.

Do not discard charcoal on grounds.
-
Management reserves the right to access on any lot at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspection and/or maintenance.

A service fee ($20 per hour, minimum one hour), in addition to any material replacement cost, will be charged for the purpose of repairing any damage to park property caused by negligence.

Please no washing of vehicles or campers at sites. We have designated locations to wash them. Please ask.
Quiet Hours & Conduct

Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No loud parties, radio, TV or other excessive noise will be allowed at any time.

Drunkenness, the use of profanity, loud or boisterous talk or immoral conduct will not be permitted.

Possession or discharge of firearms or fireworks is strictly forbidden.

Clotheslines are not permitted.
-
Loitering, aimless grouping and hanging about is not permitted.
Use of Facilities

Our water supply is not adequate to permit washing of cars or other vehicles. We have designated locations to wash your vehicles. Please ask.

Bathroom facilities are part of every guest home. Please leave them clean for the next person and do not waste supplies provided. Inform manager of anything out of order.

Please use trash can.

Pets are not allowed in any buildings.

Pets must be on a leash at all times.

Please clean up after your pets immediately.

If they poop-you scoop!

Aggressive breeds are not permitted in the park.

Pets must not annoy any guests. Excessively barking dogs are not permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse any pet that may pose a safety concern to guests or other animals.
Pet Policy

Campsites should be kept free of debris.
-
Trash is picked up daily between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. in front of your site.
Trash Disposal

No ground or open fires are permitted at campgrounds except in a designated areas (rims).

Do not leave campfires unattended, and make sure they are extinguished before leaving.
Campground Fire Regulations

Country Oaks is not responsible for loss, damage, weather events, or injury. Please adhere to all posted safety signs and speed limits.

Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings.
-
Parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children.
-
Parents are responsible for damage caused by their children.
-
Never leave your children unattended in vehicles or elsewhere in the park especially at the pond.

NO SWIMMING IN POND!

No skateboards or scooters on porch.

We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, & Discover.

Full payment is required at booking.

Please review our refund terms for specific deposit information.

Monthly rent is due the 1st of each month.

Late fee of $25.00 will be applied after the 10th of the month.
Payments & Refunds
Plans change!
Reservations canceled 48 hours (2 days) or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund, less any booking and processing fees.
Reservations canceled less than 48 hours (2days) before arrival will be charged one night’s stay, plus any non-refundable booking and processing fees.
One-night reservations canceled less than 48 hours before arrival are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Holiday weekend reservations may be subject to different cancellation policies.

Driving Vehicles

Speed limit is 10m.p.h.

Registration receipt must be displayed on windshield at all times.

Only one automobile per site.

Do not walk or drive through other camp sites.

No commercial type vehicles allowed.

Motorcycles and similar vehicles will not be permitted if excessively noisy and disturbing to to others.
Visitors

ALL Visitors must register at the office.
- You are responsible for your guests' actions.
- Visitors must comply with all campground rules.
Country Oaks Campground & RV Park respects your privacy. Any information submitted through our website, reservation requests, contact forms, email inquiries, or phone communications is used solely to provide campground services, respond to inquires, and process reservations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
